What is the closest airport to the conference venue?

Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). Approximately 1.8 miles (4 min) to the venue.

Is there a complimentary airport shuttle service?

Yes. For shuttle pickup, please call 1.224.563.1800. Shuttle hours: Monday to Saturday: 5am – 10pm. Sunday: 5am – 10pm, every 40 minutes.

When does the Conference start and end?

Starts on Saturday, October 4 @ 7:00 AM and ends on Sunday, October 5 @ noon time.

How do I register for the Men’s Conference?

How much is the registration fee?

Early Bird: Deadline on July 26, 2025 Single – $230 per person (Individual Attendee. Family may stay in the room.) Double – $170 per person (Limit 2 registered persons per room).

Regular Rate: Single – $250 per person (Individual Attendee. Family may stay in the room.) Double – $185 per person (Limit 2 registered persons per room)

Can I select my roommate for the double occupancy?

Yes, and in the online registration form, you need to provide the name of your roommate attending the conference. Otherwise, the Registration Committee will provide this information for you.

Can I stay an extra night(s) at the hotel and how much do I need to pay?

Yes, and from the registration choose “Extra Night Stay”, provide the desired date (before and/or after the conference). The cost is $160 per night.

How do I pay for my registration?

Is there a printed registration form that I can use and mail?

No. All registrations need to be completed using the online (electronic) form. No exceptions.

When is the deadline to register?

The deadline is September 26, 2025

Is the hotel parking free?

No. For bus parking: $100 per night. Reserve spots 2 months in advance to secure availability. For cars, $10 per night plus tax. Pay at hotel reception.

How many meals are included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes (5) meals. SAT: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. SUN: breakfast (hotel) and lunch (brown bag).

What is included in the Conference registration?

One night hotel accommodation, (5) meals, Conference shirt, Souvenir Program and Conference kit

Will I receive an acknowledgement after I registered?

Yes

Is the Men’s Conference open to SOLD members only?

No. It is open to all True Men of God – CFC men, members of Servants of the Lord, Singles for Christ, non-CFC adult family and friends.
